Simple Stampin Up birthday

Birthday cards are a must have for any stash, you always need one and it is a card that you usually forget until the last minute. With my husband being a deacon in our church we are frequently in need of birthday cards. Here is one that I made simple and easy, I used the sponge dauber to create the polka dots, you don't have to put a lot of detail into it to make a beautiful card! 

How we spent our monday...

This is how we spent our day today...We are started our journey into first grade. 

As a homeschool family, this takes up the majority of my time until we get into the swing of things. 

So here is where I will this week...Hoping to squeeze in some stamping this week!!

Bermuda Bay Divine Thank you

 

I wanted to share my August thank you notes with you...I love this new Stamp Set called Too Kind. Perfect all on its own no extra paper needed. The polka dots you ask? The same technique I used on the holiday card, I ink my embossing plate and use it as a stamp...

 

Colors I used Polka Dots- Pool Party, Flowers- Costal Cabana, Bermuda Bay and stems- Pear Pizzaz, Thank you- Basic Grey.

Paper Pumpkin Repurpose

A few days ago I showed you a card that I created using my paper pumpkin kit, when you receive your kit you may not always like what the project is but you can used it to still create beautiful projects. Just like this one. What came in my kit was items I needed to create a banner to put on a cake. Seeing as how I was not in need of that I used the items in my kit to create a cute scrapbook page! Let's Party!
