So this year, instead of simply throwing the remains of candy there, why not organize a drive to collect candy neighborhood candy remaining. Volunteers can be used to let people know (before Halloween) that any adverse candy will be collected and sent overseas to our troops. Others may volunteer to collect candy on a specific date.
