June Make and Take

This is my Make and Take for parties this month! It is a take off of the card pictured on the front of the invitation. 

It is so simple to make....

Template for the card itself is 

Polka Dot party Daffodil delight cut 6 3/4 x 5 3/4 

Score length wise at 1/4 and 3 1/2

Score the short side at 5 1/2 

White Card stock is 6 1/4 x 3 1/8
