Stampin Up has really out done themselves with the brand new paper! It is so beautiful and this one is no exception!

Here is how you make it....

My card measures 6 1/2 x 8 1/2 then fold in half on the longest side. 

I used Midnight Muse 

International Bazaar Paper

Lacy & Lovely Stamp Set

1 3/4 circle punch

1 1/4 circle punch

2 inch circle punch

Tangerine Tango 

Lucky Limade

Midnight Muse

Whisper White

I also lined my envelope with International Bazaar paper. 

I made my envelope using the simple scored diagonal tool. 

8 1/4 x 8 1/4

Score opposite sides at 3 1/2

and opposite sides at 5
