Going Green part 2
This was a treat that they made in club Thursday night. I used the idea from a make and take at leadership to create this cute treat idea! (Video tutorial coming next week)
I used Mint m&ms because of course they are green and punches to embellish the front of the pouch. The little gem just gives it a cute little sparkle but you could use a button or pearl in the center.
The nice thing about this pouch?
You can make it with no adhesive! Who does't love that...ofcourse you will need some for your embellishments but the pouch itself is adhesive free!
On the other side of the pouch is an identical pocket that I used to place a love note and a handmade envelope. A tutorial that you can see in a post from earlier this week using the diagonal scoring tool.
This cute little love not is a perfect thing to put in the pocket and write a little message to the person that is special enough to get this cute treat from you!
Nothing says your special like a homemade gift! And no occasion is to small to give them a homemade gift either.
Other ideas for this pouch is tea bags in the pocket or cookies in between the pockets on the inside of the pouch!
Here is the love note that is in the other pocket.
I used the large scallop circle punch and the same concept of the hearts to create your shamrock. I also used the twine to give the card something alittle more decorative!
My St. Patrick's day stamp is from the Teeny Weeny Wishes set in the Large catalog, certainly a set that is one of my favorites!
Happy Stamping!
